Born in the rolling hills of Soussac within the historic Entre-Deux-Mers region, this wine is crafted by the Comin Guicheney family, who have sustainably tended the land for four generations. While their estate spans 40 hectares, they reserve a tiny, prized 4-hectare plot of clay and limestone soil exclusively for their white wine grapes.

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are harvested at night to lock in natural freshness before being aged on fine lees. The result is a vibrant, pale-straw wine radiating a bouquet of grapefruit, citrus zest, and tropical pineapple.
